We welcome you to join our collection of prestige private clubs in North Naples, Florida. The Floridian Club, The Club at Kalea Bay, and The Club at Moraya Bay are three private clubs part of Soave Hospitality Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Soave Enterprises, a Southeast Michigan-based firm. Our clubs include all of the amenities of a five-star resort, clubhouse, restaurants, beaches, tennis, and more. The Club at Moraya Bay is looking for a fulltime, year round, beach server for our Pool Side Dining Bar and Grotto Bar.
Summary: Responsible for serving food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Take food and beverage orders from the members on the order taking pads or on the handheld Point of sale (POS) system.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A minimum of three months service experience. Previous point of sale system experience preferred, but not required. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Highly responsible & reliable with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Is able to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend and holidays work.
